- Cancellations within the 48-hour window will receive a 50% refund.
- Day-of cancellations will result in zero refund.

A minimum of 10 persons is required for a tour to operate. If this is not met, a Tour Daddy representative will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund.
Weather Policy
Your safety is our number one priority. Tours canceled due to inclement weather will receive a full refund. This decision is at the sole discretion of the captain and may be made hours before departure, as tropical weather can change rapidly. We are happy to reschedule, weather permitting.
Travel-Related Cancellations
Cancellations due to circumstances outside of your personal control will be reviewed by management and refunds issued on a case-by-case basis.

Departure time is strictly enforced — late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Transportation is not included in your booking; however we can assist with arrangements for an additional fee.
