Cancellation & No-Show Policies Cancellation of any booking requires a minimum of 48-hour notice to receive a full refund. Bookings canceled in less than the 48-hour window will only receive a 50% refund. Day-of cancellations will result in zero refund. All refunds are issued within 3-7 business days. There is a 10-person minimum requirement for a tour to operate. Should the amount not be met, a Tour Daddy representative will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund. Your safety is our number one priority. For any tours canceled due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued. This decision will remain at the sole discretion of the captain and can be decided hours before departure as the tropical atmosphere swiftly changes. Should you wish to reschedule for another day we would be happy to accommodate, weather permitting. Travel-related cancellations due to circumstances out of personal control will be reviewed by management and refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. Important Booking Information Departure time is strictly enforced. Any late arrivals will not be accommodated due to tour time restraints. Transportation is not included in your booking, if it is however required, we can assist with arranging transportation for an additional fee. Payment To secure any future booking a credit card authorization form will be sent to be completed. The card will not be run until the day of the selected tour.
